Q: After I have registered, how long does it take before I can see my accounts?
A: Next day access is available if you register Monday through Friday before 4:00pm. Registrations received after 4:00pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day and you will have access the following business day.
Q: What is the difference between Account Balance and Available Balance?
A: The Account Balance reflects the balance in your account as of 3:00pm the previous business day, our business day cut off. The Available Balance includes any transactions since that cut off. It includes ACH deposits and debits, ATM withdrawals, Point of Sale purchases with your debit card, transactions at our drive through or teller windows, and internet banking or phone banking transfers. These transactions are described as MEMO transactions in your account history.
Q: One of my accounts is not showing, how do I add an account?
A: Call us and we add accounts to your Online Banking for you. We verify your identity and check account authorizations in order to insure your privacy.
Q: How far back can I access my account or look up check images?
A: Access your current and previous month statement, activity, and check images through Online Banking.
Q: What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
A: From the logon screen you can reset the password yourself. Choose the link to reset your password and follow a few easy steps. If you are unable to reset the password for any reason, call us and we will reset it for you.
